SpellForce 3 Reforced has had its release date punted back to June 7, 2022, publisher THQ Nordic has announced on Twitter today.
This is the second time the game has been delayed. SpellForce 3 Reforced was originally pencilled in for a December 7, 2021 launch before being postponed to March 8, 2022. Sadly, the game needs a bit more time in the oven, so it’s been delayed again.
SpellForce 3 Reforced adds a wealth of extra goodies for the game’s console debut, including a revamped campaign that overhauls the real-time strategy mechanics real-time strategy designs seen in its two expansions. Speaking of which, you can grab both of those — Soul Harvest and Fallen God — as part of the SpellForce 3: Reforced Complete Edition.
If you don’t fancy forking out $59.99 for that, you can simply plump for the standard version of SpellForce 3 Reforced and pick up the DLC later for $19.99. Elsewhere, players can expect improved areas such as Skill trees, quests, loot distribution, co-op, balancing tweaks, and more.
