Aching for a new tennis game on PS4? Well, your prayers have been answered as Bigben Interactive and Breakpoint Studio have today confirmed that ‘Tennis World Tour’ will release on PS4 in 2018.

Billed as the ‘new standard for tennis games’, Tennis World Tour has solicited the help of a team comprised of veterans from the Top Spin series in order to ‘’make the best possible game and match players’ expectations.’’

Former Producer on Top Spin 4 and current Game Designer on Tennis World Tour, Pierre André, relayed his excitement in a press release by saying ‘’For years we’ve wanted to create a new tennis game, a spiritual successor to "Top Spin 4". Technical evolutions now mean we can create the ultra-realistic simulation that we’ve been dreaming of.’’

Though we’re due to hear more at Gamescom later in August, it’s been confirmed that over 30 pros are to feature in the game, from Roger Federer to the likes of Gaël Monfils and Garbiñe Muguruza.
