Steep PS4 release date

Steep will be released for PS4, PC, and Xbox One on December 2, 2016, making it one of the last major releases of the year.

Key features

Steep includes a wealth of extreme sports activities, including skiing, wingsuit flying, snowboarding, and paragliding. The game places great emphasis on online multiplayer, with gamers sharing the same world as they compete against each other in said sports.

Four types of playing styles are available in Steep. The Explorer, Freestyler, Bone Collector, and Freerider. As expected, there’s a trick system in place, allowing you to perform various stunts in exchange for points. Drop zones are available to get you to a location as quickly as possible.

Steep PS4 beta

Ubisoft is holding a beta for Steep in the runup to release. You can sign up for the beta here by selecting your prefered platform. No date for the beta has been confirmed as of yet, although we’ll be sure to let you know anything as soon as we get it. The Alpha is currently ongoing and ends on October 11, 2016.

Players have had to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) which restricts them from talking about gameplay, posting images or live streaming content, so it’s unlikely we’ll get hear about how the game is shaping up until later this year.
