Shift Up, the developer behind PS5’s critically acclaimed Stellar Blade, has asked fans to wait a little longer for the game’s hotly anticipated Photo Mode.
Earlier this week it was hinted in a post on X that the Photo Mode was imminent, although the studio has now taken to social media to confirm that we won’t be getting our hands on it just yet.
Photo mode will have to wait a little longer, but first, let’s get ready to enjoy summer.

Last month, Shift Up revealed that it estimates the game to have sold over one million copies, with a PC version under consideration. Beyond the Photo Mode, the developer also revealed that it has a large-scale IP collaboration in the pipeline for Stellar Blade, as well as new outfits that should arrive in October.
