Fresh details on the Annapurna Interactive-published Stray have emerged via a slew of recent previews (you can read our impressions here), confirming the game will last around seven-eight hours and even has a dedicated meow button. Purrfect!
It’s worth pointing out that you can extended the game’s length to around 10 hours if you want to get everything Stray has to offer (and to be honest, why wouldn’t you want to spend as much time as possible with its adorable cat protagonist?).
Stray will marry a compelling blend of exploration, puzzling, and action, and will include world building and side quests to keep you coming back for more. It’s also specifically for cat lovers, and will incorporate full use of the PS5’s DualSense controller for those of you playing on Sony’s new console — the pad will even emanate cat purring sounds!

Stray will be released on PS4, PS5, and PC on July 19, 2022, and there will be a physical version of the game via iam8bit.
