Paramount Pictures and Legendary have dusted off a fresh clip for the upcoming Street Fighter movie, which looks at an epic ruck between Blanka (Jason Momoa) and Ryu (Andrew Koji).

The Street Fighter movie is directed by Kitao Sakurai, who also penned the screenplay alongside T.J. Firman. In addition to Momoa and Koji, the film will feature a cast that includes Roman Reigns as Akuma, David Dastmalchian as M.Bison, Cody Rhodes as Guile, Curtis Jackson as Balrog, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, and Mel Jarnson as Cammy.
This latest big screen adaption of Capcom’s fighting series takes place in 1993, and sees estranged street fighters Ryu and Ken thrust back into combat after Chun-Li recruits them for the next World Warrior Tournament. However, a conspiracy lies bubbling beneath the surface of this brutal clash of fits, fate, and fury, forcing the duo to battle not only each other, but the demons of their past.
Street Fighter opens in cinemas on October 16, 2026.
