PlayStation.Blog’s Ryan Clements takes us on a tour of Exodus Blue, Destiny’s PlayStation-exclusive competitive multiplayer map.
The map is on the smaller side, befitting both 3v3 and 6v6 skirmishes. It’s industrial, being set within and around the remains of a great ship that was among humanity’s last defenses. Long hallways with vertical obstructions that require shooting while jumping look commonplace, and pay heed to the tubular shortcut in the map’s center that connects both halves.
We also get a refresher course on Destiny’s exclusive PlayStation armor and weapons, which include the rather imposing Hawkmoon hand cannon and the Monte Carlo rifle, which reduces the cooldown of melee attacks.
Destiny is out on PlayStation 4 and PS3 on September 9.
