It’s all starting to kick off over at Kojima Productions this week, with cryptic emails and teaser posters strongly hinting that the company plans on unveiling its latest project within the next week or so.
The teasing kicked off with a series of emails sent to both IGN and 1up, containing the subject line “T -3 days,” which pointed to the link http://www.konami.jp/kojima_pro/next/ — don’t get too excited though, as the page 404s.
Perhaps most intriguing, however, is the two page advertisement plastered in this week’s Famitsu magazine, which bares the above URL and the date "2009. 5. 18.” Seen here (thanks NeoGAF), the image depicts an ominous looking grassy wasteland complete with spooky storm clouds.
Kojima previously commented that fans can expect an ‘official announcement’ on the project at E3 next month. Still, from the look of things, we may not have to wait that long. Stay tuned.
