Activision today confirmed to Game Informer that The Amazing Spider-Man — Beenox’s return to the open-world formula — will be released on June 26.
As previously reported, The Amazing Spider-Man will not only be a movie tie-in, but an epilogue as well. The game, however, will be arriving a little earlier than the movie, which will be out in July. Does that mean that the beginning of the game will spoil the ending of the movie? Maybe. I guess Spider-Man doesn’t die in the movie. Surprise.
