Rebel Wolves, the studio comprised of a number of industry veterans who have worked at CD Projekt RED, have lifted the wraps off the title for their debut project. It’s called The Blood of Dawnwalker, and a full reveal is scheduled for January 13, 2025.
As previously revealed, the title is going to be published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, and is in development for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S using Unreal Engine 5. We’ll get our first look at the game on January 13 at 4.00pm / 9.00pm GMT.

Gather round and see how medieval, 14th-century Europe confronts legends through the eyes of Dawnwalker. Hear about Vale Sangora – its turbulent history, natural landscapes, and secret inhabitants. Witness the premiere of a CGI trailer serving as the game’s opening, learn about the game’s pillars and main concepts, including origins, world, lore, story, narrative and art, and have a tiny glimpse into its gameplay.
The Blood of Dawnwalker is just one chapter in the proposed Dawnwalker Saga at Rebel Wolves, and builds on the company’s experience of working in the fantasy genre, promising a single-player dark-fantasy RPG with a major emphasis on narrative.
