GamesCom 2013 News

The coolest news from Gamescom so far? Cross-saves between Vita and PC

There were many highlights from Sony’s Gamescom press conference this evening, including hardware price cuts, massive indie support for PS4 and Twitch integration, but the coolest news that we’ve heard from Cologne so far is the announcement that Football Manager Classic 2014 features cross-save functionality between PC/Mac/Linux and Vita.

Though Football Manager Classic was mentioned during the conference, Sony didn’t mention the cross-save support. That job was left to Sports Interactive boss, Miles Jacobson who took to Twitter to let fans of the series know about the integration between Vita and PC, which we believe is a first for Sony’s handheld.

Further details about Football Manager Classic 2014 can be found on the official blog.
