YouTuber MWright has come up with a workable 60 FPS mode for The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim on PS5, something which, quite frankly, Bethesda should have come up with already via a simple title update.

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is available to play on PS5 via backwards compatibility, having not been given its own next-generation version. The game was originally released for the 2011 for the PS3 and Xbox 360, and was eventually ported to PS4 and Xbox One in the shape of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim – Special Edition.

Bethesda is currently working on The Elder Scrolls 6, but in wake of Microsoft’s acquisition of ZeniMax Media, it is very unlikely the game will launch for the PS5. Having said that, the game is still a long way off at this point.
