It’s a special day today for Naughty Dog fans as today, September 26, is the day the infection hit critical mass in The Last of Us. Think of it as the beginning of the end. For this year’s The Last of Us Outbreak Day 2017, Naughty Dog has a few goodies to share with fans.
With this year being the fourth year anniversary of Outbreak Day, Naughty Dog has unveiled a new The Last of Us Part II poster, a new PS4 theme, a T-shirt, a there’s also a week of sales on select The Last of Us content on the PlayStation Store. The poster featured above is made by artist Kevin Tong and Mondo, and is a timed-edition release. Fans can pick it up today at 10 a.m. PT until Friday, September 29 at 10 a.m. PT. right here. Best to get a move on as Naughty Dog says that once the sale is over, that’s it for the poster.
If that’s not your cup of tea, there’s also a PS4 dynamic theme based on the world reveal trailer from PlayStation Experience. You can watch it here, but be warned, it’s going for $2.99. According to Naughty Dog, there’s a bunch of The Last of Us content for sale on the PS Store all week long. If we see any during this week’s flash sale, we’ll be sure to let our readers know.
Finally, there’s also a new The Last of Us Part II t-shirt at the PlayStation Gear Store that you can buy starting at 9 a.m. PST today.
Not bad, right? As for the game itself, there’s still no news when we’ll actually get to play The Last of Us Part II, but let’s hope more info will be revealed before the year’s up.
