Weapons are your tools to survival in The Last of Us Part 2. There are a bunch of them spread throughout the game’s story for you to pick-up and utilise in combat scenarios. We have compiled a full list of all the weapons in The Last of Us Part 2 and where to find them.

The Last of Us Part 2 All Weapons And Where To Find Them

Chapters in The Last of Us Part 2 are not named. But, we have taken the time to name them based on what you do in each of them.

Be careful of spoilers as we will be discussing sections of the game and weapons that Naughty Dog has not publically talked about yet. So, take each chapter one by one, as and when you get to them.

Technically all these weapons are unmissable as if you miss their locations, they will show up later on or be picked up by Ellie on her own. However, you can find some of these earlier than usual, so the locations below are the first option you have to find them all. The later spawns of these weapons will then be replaced by extra ammo or crafting materials.

Jackson

The Bolt-Action Rifle, Semi-Auto Pistol, Revolver, and Molotov crafting item are all found within Jackson and are unmissable parts of the story.

Seattle Day 1

Chapter 9 – Downtown Seattle

Shotgun

Downtown Seattle is the largest area in the game and has a lot of different locations. In order to find the Shotgun, you will want to head to the Westlake Bank, which can be found along Cherry Street, between 5th and 6th Avenue.

Head inside the bank and into the safety deposit locker room in the back corner. Pick-up the document in the bag as you enter to find the code for the vault, which is ’60-23-06′. Input the combination into the vault on the left and open the vault to find the Shotgun sitting on the dead body.

Stun Bomb Crafting Item

The Stun Bomb can be found in the large dome which is covered in FEDRA fences and shielding and has been remodelled into the Ration Distribution Centre. The building is unmissable as it is part of the main story. It can be found between Marion Street and Colombia Street, along 5th Avenue.

As you go through the fence, turn to your right and climb the ladder up to the guard posts. In the first post, you can find the Stun Bomb sitting on the side. You can now craft it whenever you have the right materials.

Chapter 11 – Capitol Hill

Trap Mine Crafting Item

This chapter takes places from when you and Dina escape the elementary school and jump down from the apartment. Eventually, you will come across a boarded-up motel. To the right of it is a set of white apartment blocks after you go through the parking lot. Pull the dumpster out from behind the raised part of the ground and move it up against the wall beneath the open apartment door.

Climb onto the dumpster and into the apartment. Make your way to the second bedroom at the back (the one with red walls). Sitting on the bed is the Trap Mine, which you will now be able to craft.

Seattle Day 2

Chapter 16 – Hillcrest

Bow

The bow is found in the final section of this chapter. After Ellie spots the smoke in the distance you will climb over a fence and enter a house. Progress forward into the next room where you will meet your first Stalker Infected. After killing it, Ellie will automatically pick up the Bow.

Seattle Day 1 (Abby)

Chapter 24 – The Stadium

The Military Pistol, Semi-Auto Rifle, and Pipe Bomb crafting item are all automatically given to you in this chapter.

Chapter 25 – On Foot

Hunting Pistol

After you and Mel have reunited with Manny after the warehouse. You will pass through two metal fences with a gap. On your right, there is a hole in the wall. Squeeze through to find the safe which can be opened with the code ’17-38-07′. Inside is the Hunting Pistol.

Chapter 28 – Hostile Territory

Double-Barrel Shotgun

The double-barrel shotgun can be found about halfway through the level as you reach the Chinatown district. Head into the third shop on the left and go up the stairs at the back of the store. Crawl underneath the table and kill the Infected in the room. Jump across the gap and head into the room on the left. Jump down the hole in the following room and kill the Infected once again. Look behind the counter to find the weapon.

Chapter 31 – The Coast

Crossbow

The crossbow is an automatic weapon pickup when you enter the boat. Abby will pick it up on her own and it is unmissable.

Seattle Day 2 (Abby)

Chapter 34 – The Descent

Flamethrower

This weapon is found when you and Lev are exploring the crumbling building. As some point, you will drop down a floor and cross a beam, getting attacked by a clicker in the wall on the other side. Continue forward and enter the room on the right when you are presented with two options. Once you are in the bathroom, cross the beam to find the Flamethrower on the corpse.

Santa Barbara

Chapter 44 – The Resort

Silenced Submachine Gun

The silenced submachine gun is the final weapon in the game and it is automatically in your inventory at the beginning of the chapter
