A member of the Naughty Dog development team who worked on The Last of Us Part I has responded to criticism that the upcoming PS5 remaster is just ‘a cash grab.’
The Last of Us Part I is a full remake of the original 2013 post-apocalyptic title released on PS3 and later PS4, but some people have levelled criticism at the project’s $69.99 price tag and perceived lack of improvements over the original.
Speaking on Twitter, Robert Morrison had the following to say to critics of The Last of Us Part I:
Actually it’s the most meticulously built and crafted project that I have ever seen or been a part of in my entire career. The highest level of care and attention to detail possible.
