Naughty Dog has lifted the wraps off yet another comparison video between The Last of Us: Part 1 and The Last of Us Remastered, this time showing off the visual overhaul that has been added to the burning barn from the start of the game.
In case you need reminding, the barn is seen on fire as Joel, Sarah and Tommy drive into town after fleeing home in the midst of the outbreak. Whereas the remaster simply depicts the building on fire, The Last of Us: Part 1 reveals the barn falling apart in a huge inferno.
Check it out below.
The Last of Us: Part I is scheduled for release on September 2, 2022 for PS5 and will arrive on PC at a later date.
Naughty Dog has completely overhauled the PS3 and PS4 versions of the post-apocalyptic classic for its latest hardware, offering enhanced visuals, frame rate and more using the developer’s PS5 game engine technology.
Billed as a full remake, The Last of Us: Part I has been completely rebuilt from the ground-up for the PS5, while retaining the original story and performances that you have come to know and love.
