PS Plus Premium’s PSOne Classic The Legend of Dragoon update 1.02 is now available to download, which thankfully exterminates a wide range of game-breaking bugs present in the PS4, PS5 re-release of Sony’s classic JRPG.
In case you weren’t aware, The Legend of Dragoon released with a number of major bugs including the game being soft locked by using Dragoon magic, characters not speaking when required during battle sequences, unreadable text, and various other problems.
However, according to Twitter user TheGothDragoon, the soft lock issues has now been remedied with the latest update. We’re not sure right now about the other problems, but it looks like the game is now in ship shape!
The Legend of Dragoon was originally released for the PSOne back in 1999 in Japan, and was developed by Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Studio (SCE Japan Studio). The game later released in the US in 2001, and became a cult classic among JRPG fans.
