According to industry gossip machine Ashan “Thuway” Rasheed, the upcoming PlayStation 4-exclusive action title The Order: 1886 is being described as ‘Sony’s first Naughty Dog game.’
Writing on Twitter (via DualShockers), Rasheed said, “The Order is being described privately jokingly as Sony’s first Naughty Dog game. Take that for whatever it means graphically.”
Presumably, this means the game looks the business, given Naughty Dog’s illustrious career in pumping out some of the best-looking visuals available on a Sony platform. A quick look at some screens of The Order certainly confirms the title is shaping up rather nicely, too.
The Order: 1886 is scheduled for release in Q3 2014, and takes place in an alternate history where technology has advanced significantly as humanity finds itself at war with a race of half-bred creatures.
