The Taiwanese ratings board has outing a new version of The Outer Worlds for PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S, which carries the subtitle Spacer’s Choice Edition.
Developer Obsidian Entertainment hasn’t announced anything regarding The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition yet, but ratings board are usually a reliable source of info when it comes to outing games prior to an official reveal.
The Outer Worlds was originally released in October 2019 for PS4, PC and Xbox One, with Nintendo Switch edition turning up the following June. In March 2021, Obsidian optimised the game for the PS5 allowing it to run at 60 FPS; presumably the new version rated above will feature those same improvements.
Taking into consideration the fact The Outer Worlds received two expansions — Peril on Gorgon and Murder on Eridanos — there’s a good chance that these will be packed with the Spacer’s Choice Edition.

The Outer Worlds 2 is currently in production for PC and Xbox Series X/S, with PlayStation versions sadly not happening due to the fact Obsidian is under the Microsoft umbrella of studios.
