Developer All Possible Futures has released a few new details on The Plucky Squire, revealing the game’s story will last around 8-10 hours.
In addition, the game will feature two difficulty modes and additional difficulty assist options, as well as a $29.99 digital price tag. To top it all off, it’s got a ESRB rating of Everyone (E), so it’s kid-friendly if you’ve got little ones who fancy taking it for a spin.

The Plucky Squire is launching on September 17 and will also come as part of the PS Plus Extra & Premium games lineup. The game is also coming to PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X/S.
This enchanting adventure follows a story book character known as Jot, who is kicked out of the pages of the story by the nefarious Humgrump, who discovers he’s the villain of the book. Players find themselves exploring a 2D & 3D world in search of Jot’s friends, who have been kidnapped by Humgrump’s forces.
Those of you who would rather wait for a physical version of the game will be pleased to know that The Plucky Squire can be purchased on disc in February 2025.
