Sony has filed a new trademark in Europe for something known as ‘The Sentinel.’
The filing was only made on April 26 so it’s very recent, although at this stage there’s not much to go on.
However, a quick look at the listing reveals that it relates to “computer game software; computer software for video games or for games machines; video games software;”
Could we be in for a new IP for PlayStation 4? Looks like we’ll have to wait and see. Perhaps it’ll pop up at E3 in June, so stay tuned.
