Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and CD Projekt RED have released a new developer diary for their upcoming action- RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, offering a look at some of the locations and challenges players will face when the game launches in February 2015.
In the video, we learn that there are hundreds of ‘points of interest’ in the game, with each one handcrafted with its own back story. The biggest city in the game has almost 2,000 inhabitants with each NPC having its own set of reactions and agenda.
The video also looks at modes of transport and ways in which players will be able to traverse the open-world via horseback and boat, and talks about how the day and night cycle will affect the environment.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is due for release on PS4, Xbox One and PC on February 14, 2015.
