Warner Bros. has moved to quash rumors suggesting that multiformat action romp This is Vegas has been cancelled.
Reports cropped up overnight indicating that the game had been shelved, with retailers apparently informing consumers that they would not be receiving the title before offering to refund pre-orders.
However, this apparently isn’t the case at all, with the game still in development. "This is Vegas has not been cancelled," Warner Bros. told G4TV. "The game is currently in production."
The former Midway title is being developed by Surreal Software and will be available for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 platforms in 2010.
