Earlier this month, Resident Evil creator and Tango Gameworks boss Shinji Mikami talked about the multiple ways players can go through The Evil Within 2’s missions. Now, thanks to a leaked video, we get to see what Mikami was referring to. In a brief four-minute clip of The Evil Within 2 gameplay, we get to see Sebastian traverse an abandoned village when a mysterious voice calls his walkie-talkie. As one can expect, there’s a lot of tense, and frightful moments.
If you absolutely do not want anything in the game spoiled for you, then best to not watch it — at least not in full, anyway. For the others, prepare to see Sebastian sneak his way through the house as we get a better grasp of the gameplay changes for the sequel.
Needless to say, best to watch this before it gets taken down by Bethesda’s legal hounds soon. If you’re not up to watching anything spoiler-y, then maybe this look at customization will be a better fit.
The Evil Within 2 is set to scare out people this October 13 on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
