Superhero sequel Batman: Arkham City has debuted at the top of the U.K. All Format Charts following its release last Friday, becoming the region’s fourth biggest launch so far this year.
The Caped Crusader’s latest outing, which scored rave reviews from critics, sold almost twice as much as its predecessor back in 2009, resulting in publisher Warner’s biggest game launch ever.
Meanwhile, FIFA 12 holds firm in second place, while Football Manager 2012 sits in third and Forza 4 drops to four.
PlayStation 3-exlusive buddy platformer Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One failed to make much of an impact however, entering the charts at 24.
