U.K. Charts: FIFA 14 steals GTA V’s thunder

EA Sports’ FIFA 14 has scored the top spot on the U.K. All Format Charts following its launch last week, dethroning Grand Theft Auto V in the process.

Sales of the footie outing were down 24 per cent year-on-year however, which Chart-Track attributes to the fact punters probably spent all their hard-earned dough on GTA V. However, it also notes that “consumers may be delaying this purchase until PS4/Xbox One versions are available.”

GTA V sales also took a tumble, falling 82 per cent in comparison to its first week of availability.
