Gearbox-developed blaster Duke Nukem Forever has finally made its debut at the top of the UK All Format Charts after more than a decade under the knife, dethroning L.A. Noire in the process.
The over-the-top actioner sold through 56 percent of copies on Xbox 360, with PlayStation 3 making up 30 percent and PC 14 percent.
Also new to the pile is PS3-exclusive sequel inFamous 2 at number four, with Red Faction: Armageddon debuting at eight. The latter sold a whopping 70 percent of copies on 360 with PS3 taking 26 percent and PC just four percent.
