Hyperfocus Games has debuted new gameplay footage for Ultra Pro Wrestling, its upcoming spiritual successor to classic N64 title WWF No Mercy.
The project was originally conceived as a licensed game for a “popular Scottish wrestling promotion” although the promotion would later back out. However, the developer instead reworked the game into Ultra Pro Wrestling rather than abandon years of work, which includes fictional wrestlers.
Beyond the gameplay trailer, the developer also revealed that a number of real-life ‘free agent’ wrestlers will be available as paid DLC.
