GameStop Italy has listed Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End for release on April 22, 2016.
While this is most likely a placeholder, it’s interesting for two reasons. One, April 22 is a Friday, which is when video games typically ship in that particular region.
And two, it certainly fits in with the spring 2016 launch window that Naughty Dog has pencilled the game in for.
Uncharted 4 was originally due for release in late 2015, though earlier this month it was confirmed the game had been delayed until next year.
The sequel takes place a few years after the events of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, and sees Nate teaming up with his long-lost brother, Sam, to track down a legendary pirate treasure.
