Uncharted 4 Limited Edition PS4 bundle announced

Sony Computer Entertainment has announced a new PlayStation 4 hardware bundle featuring a copy of the hotly anticipated Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End for North America and Europe.

Due to launch day and date with the upcoming Naughty Dog action-adventure sequel, the bundle includes a Limited Edition Gray Blue PS4 (with 1TB in Europe, 500GB in North America), a matching DualShock 4 controller, plus a copy of Uncharted 4. The PS4 itself is kitted out with a silk-screened image of Nate and includes the text, ‘Sic Parvis Magna,’ which is Latin for ‘Greatness from small beginnings.’

Sony also confirmed that the Gray Blue DualShock 4 pad will be made available separately at some point in April 2016.

You can pre-order the Uncharted 4 PS4 console here for US for $399.99 USD / $499.99 CAD. UK pre-orders will be available soon at select retailers.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End launches in Europe on April 27 and in the U.K. on April 29. Taking place three years after the events of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, the sequel finds Nate coming out of retirement as a fortune hunter to track down a legendary pirate’s treasure in Madagascar.

Drake’s adventure not only sees him teaming up again with partner and father-figured, Victor ‘Sully’ Sullivan, but also reunites our hero with his brother Sam, who was long thought to have been killed in an earlier adventure.

Naughty Dog has confirmed that Uncharted 4 will be the final instalment in the popular series to feature Drake, and it is unknown at this point if the franchise will continue without him. Regardless, the studio has said it has at least one more game in store for PS4, though what this will be is anyone’s guess at present.
