UPDATE:
Apparently the game also has been set a global release date — November 9th.
ORIGINAL ARTICLE:
Activision has lifted the curtains on its new Call of Duty website, confirming speculation that the all-new Treyarch-developed FPS will indeed be named CoD: Black Ops.
The website went live earlier today, with reports also coming in that the game will be set during the Cold War, featuring key battles from the period. Apparently, the action will culminate in the storming of the Iranian Embassy by the SAS in 1980s London.
Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the first footage on the game this weekend following its debut on GameTrailers.
