ORIGINAL ARTICLE:
Electronic Arts has let slip that BioWare is currently hard at work developing a sequel to Dragon Age: Origins.
The company let the cat out of the bag in a press release for Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, as it recently nabbed the European publishing rights for the upcoming MMO.
The document reads: ‘Currently announced projects at BioWare include the development of ongoing downloadable content for Mass Effect 2, one of the highest rated video games of all time, Dragon Age 2, the highly anticipated sequel to 2009’s "RPG of the Year" Dragon Age: Origins, and the story-driven massively multiplayer online game, Star Wars: The Old Republic.’
Unsurprisingly that’s all we have to go on at present, though we’ll hopefully get a formal reveal at EA’s GamesCom press conference on August 17. Stay tuned.
