Harmonix and MTV Games have staple-gunned a North American release date to upcoming music sequel Rock Band 3, confirming the game will arrive in the U.S. on October 26.
In addition, a number of pre-order incentives have also reared their heads, including those from Amazon (an in-game guitar for PS3, 360 and Wii versions, as well as $10 off a future purchase of any future game releases in the series) and Wal-Mart (consumers get a $10 e-card for pre-orders for PS3, 360 and Wii versions)
While a European date has yet to be announced, the PR blurb states the title “will ship simultaneously worldwide in North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other territories.” We’ll keep you posted on any developments all the same.
