Telltale Games has unleashed a new video for The Walking Dead: Michonne, showcasing the first five minutes or so of the upcoming episodic action-adventure title.
The footage captures the beginning segment of the prologue and offers a glimpse at Michonne’s fragile mental state, as she experiences guilt-induced hallucinations while venturing through a zombie-infested woodland.
Check it out below.
The Walking Dead: Michonne will launch with Episode One: In Too Deep on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 on February 23. The series is comprised of three episodes in total, with Episode Two: Give No Shelter and Episode Three: What We Deserve arriving March and April, respectively.
In Too Deep finds Michonne teaming up with a group of survivors on board a sailing ship known as The Companion, captained by an ex-fisherman, Pete. After being lead to the scene of a grisly massacre via a radio distress call, the group find themselves locating the floating survivors colony of Monroe, which may be harbouring those responsible for the killings.
The Walking Dead: Michonne is the third video game series by Telltale Games inspired by the successful comic book franchise by Robert Kirkman. The first two games, The Walking Dead: Season One and Season Two, have sold over 50 million units worldwide combined.
