Since the unveiling of the PlayStation 3, gamers have been teased with several color options for the system. Well, the launch has come and long gone, and to the disappointment of many, there has yet to be any option other than black when shopping for a PS3. Well, that may soon change.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has submitted photos of what appears to be a white 40GB PS3, judging by the two USB ports on the front of the system. While this presentation is in no way confirming the systems existence or announcement, it is, however, the first step in Sony planning on releasing the white PS3 in North America.
Hopefully we will see some new colors this year, but until then, file this one under rumor. Be sure to check back for all the latest.
