There's a World of Tanks Soviet Dream Machines event starting on May 1! In the Drop Op event, players will be able to earn points to spend on an array of prizes.
Until May 27, the more you play World of Tanks, the more you can earn. To earn points in the Soviet Dreams Event, you need to play multiplayer battles with vehicles from Tier III-X).
There's a tiered system for earning points, so if you've earned the top XP on the team you'll get 5 points, 3 points if you're second or third, and 1 point if you're fourth or fifth.
World of Tanks Soviet Dream Machines Prizes
At any point you can then redeem your points by selecting Drop Ops from your Ops tab.There are 10 tiers of rewards, they include:
- Drop Alpha - 15 points - x2 XP Boost
- Drop Bravo - 40 points - x3 XP Boost
- Drop Charlie - 75 points - 120,000 silver
- Drop Delta - 125 points - x3 Crew XP Boost
- Drop Echo - 225 points - T-29 (Tier III Soviet Medium Tank)
- Drop Foxtrot - 350 points - 7-day premium account and x6 Crew XP boost
- Drop Golf - 500 points - KV-220-2 (Tier V Soviet Heavy Tank) + 7-day premium account
- Drop Hotel - 650 points - T-50-2 (Tier VI Soviet Light Tank) + 3-day premium account
- Drop India - 825 points – ISU-122S - (Tier VII Soviet Tank Destroyer) + 3-day premium account
- Drop Juliet - 1000 points – Motherland (Tier VIII Soviet Medium Tank) + 7 day premium account + x4 XP boost
World of Tanks publisher, Wargaming says:
This event marks the return of the Motherland, a legendary Soviet Medium Tank that acts as a badge of honour for Commanders in World of Tanks on Console. As one of the first Hero tanks to be added to the game, the tank has attained an almost mythical status, and remains a highly sought-after prize to this day. Players will need to work hard to reach for this coveted war machine, as it's worth a more challenging 1,000 points. But with the entire month to reach for it, the sky's the limit!
