WWE world heavyweight champion John Cena has been named as the cover star for 2K’s WWE 2K15, which debuts on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in October.
Cena is a 15-time world champion and has had 22 championship reigns. As well as being a professional wrestler he’s also known for his work in film, television and music.
“It is truly an honour and privilege to serve as the WWE 2K15 cover Superstar,” said Cena in a press release. “2K has a tremendous history of sports simulation games and cover athletes, including Michael Jordan, Kevin Durant, LeBron James and of course, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. I look forward to carrying the flag for WWE 2K15 and introducing the incredible next-generation of WWE gaming to the WWE Universe.”
