Sega has confirmed that it will be releasing a demo of Yakuza 3 on the Japanese PlayStation Store tomorrow.
According to VG247, the demo clocks in at a substantial 1.22 GB, though it is currently unknown exactly what players will be treated to in this playable sneak peak of the open world adventure.
In related news, Japanese publication Famitsu awarded the ambitious title a 38/40 in its latest issue. Here’s hoping Sega push for a western release later down the line should the game perform well on its home turf.
Due for release in Japan on February 26, Yakuza 3 takes place in Kamuro-cho, the fictional setting for the original two games, and the real-world southern Japanese prefecture of Okinawa, with players once again assuming control of series protagonist, Kazuma Kiryu.
