Warner Brothers has confirmed that the dashing LEGO Batman will launch in Europe on October 10. North American gamers got their paws on it on September 23, the jammy devils.
Batty’s latest outing harkens back to the 1960s TV spoofs rather than this year’s thoroughly adult blockbuster The Dark Knight. As they run and jump through classic environments like the Joker’s chemical factory, Batman and Robin can access new abilities by donning different costumes such as the Heat Protection and Magnetic suits.
On the side of injustice, the Joker, the Penguin, Catwoman, Bane and Killer Croc get their own "villain" missions and abilities. There are 30 missions in total.
LEGO Batman graces all three Sony platforms, in addition to Xbox 360, Wii, DS and PC. Our review scored it a fairly heroic 8.
