Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete will be released on Blu-ray in Japan on April 16, 2009.
As previously reported, Advent Children will come bundled with a fully playable demo of the hotly anticipated Final Fantasy XIII, which is due to launch in Japan by the end of the year.
Two versions of the film/demo bundle will be up for grabs. First up, punters will be able to fork out for the Cloud Black 160 GB Special Spec + Final Fantasy XIII Trial Version Set, which includes a 160GB PlayStation 3 console, Advent Children and the demo. The bundle will set you back JPY 49,980.
The second option is by far the cheapest, coming in the form of the Final Fantasy XIII Trial Verion Set, which consists of the film and the demo for approximately JPY 5,900.
Expect some footage on the demo to trickle in from Japan soon after its release.
