Electronic Arts has confirmed that the highly anticipated FPS Battlefield: Bad Company has gone gold and is on schedule to hit North America and Europe later this month.
Developed by DICE Sweden, Battlefield: Bad Company features an immersive single-player campaign, fully destructible environments and multiplayer functionality for up to 24 players online.
Powered by DICE’s frostbite game engine, the next-generation shooter combines intricate HD visuals with intense action sequences, delivering a cinematic gaming experience brimming with dark humour and memorable set pieces.
Players can currently test the waters with a demo of the game on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network available now.
Battlefield: Bad Company is due for release in North America on June 24, with a European release following on June 27.

your right they are just publishers so lets forget about EA. Another thing i want to point out (and i may be wrong) is that it doesnt have BL00DY SPLITSCREEN multiplayer, this is so anoying, when will they learn the splitscreen with upto 4 of your mates is priceless, we have been playing cod4 and haze 4 player splitscreen and its a blast. Please someone tell me im wrong as i quite like this game

Havn't tested the demo yet but even so it has to be better than haze, haze for me is the biggest let down of all ps3 titles that were supposed to be killer games, I didn't even find it fun!

this game is definately a win. i was scared that they would make it so it would feel more like call of duty. but by playing this you can feel that it is still a battlefield game by heart. i'm impressed with this game.

I like the demo....good thing they have one too, otherwise the ea logo would have kept me 10 feet away....and I would have not considered picking this up....but then again, I liked the ironman demo too and that game sucks...@socombaby I run a 57" 1080p tv and the graphics look good to me. AND IM PICKY!
