Die Hard star Bruce Willis is allegedly in negotiations to appear in the forthcoming movie adaptation of Kane and Lynch, according to reports from Variety.
The source claims that Willis will play the role of Adam “Kane” Marcus, a mercenary who later joins forces with notorious schizophrenic killer, James Lynch, who has yet to be cast.
Simon Crane will direct the picture, having previously worked as a second unit director and stunt co-ordinator on several blockbuster pictures including Troy and X-Men: The Last Stand.
Filming is scheduled to commence later this year.
Published by Eidos Interactive, Kane & Lynch was released on the PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 in 2007, and has since gone on to sell more than two million copies worldwide.
Stay tuned.

the game was pretty good, but its looking like these new game-to-film movies are bieng directed or made by great developers and directers, which is good news since most of these films over the years sucked
#1 game-to-film taht sucked on my list: BloodRayne - ach! spoiled a good game to bits
#1 great game-to-film movie - SILENT HILL, now that rocked

Well, if Simon Crane will direct this movie, then I wont see it; Troy is one of the worst movies I've seen, but I wont complain about X-men becaus the whole concept of X-men is stupid. But, if they could get a hand on Doug Liman, then we could expect a freakin awesome movie.

Game wasn't as bad as the reviews claimed, its a definately rental game but fun never the less. Unfortunately Simon Crane blows at directing along with Paul W.S. Anderson and Uwe Boll however Bruce Willis is a champ, I acutally met him once, really nice guy and a great actor.

The game wasn't that bad, just that the aiming was really bizarre and no matter how much I tried, the girl wouldn't survive at the end of the game, wierd. I think this game can make an interesting film.

Hopefully the movie is better then the game, it was only average and quite rushed.
