Sony Computer Entertainment America has announced that there will be an adjustment to the prices on the Canadian PlayStation Store when it is updated on Thursday May 1.

The changes are due to strengthening of the Canadian dollar, and they will be made during a window of time prior to the regularly scheduled Store update.

"We are continually looking for ways to enhance the player experience on the PLAYSTATION®Network, and downloadable content through the PLAYSTATION Store is just one of our areas of focus," said Grace Chen, Senior Manager for the PLAYSTATION Store. “We anticipate that this price adjustment will meet the expectations of our Canadian consumers and provide them with a better PLAYSTATION Network experience."

@GODF4TH3R, Japan has had them for over a year and a half, so it's possible to bring them to the other regions.

It wasn't that big of a price difference anyways like  usually 50 cents to 2 bucks. But that is awesome I am not complaining. I still like it, nice to see they are doing this.
