Today PSU was contacted by Tamara Sanderson, PR for D3Publisher with the announcement that Dark Sector has been pushed back until early 2008.
"D3 has decided to pull Dark Sector out of a very crowded fourth quarter and the game is now slated for release in early 2008.”

With titles like GTA IV, Assassin's Creed, Killzone, and Halo 3 coming out this holiday season, it is probably best for it to wait. Dark Sector is looking to be a great title and we don't want it to slip into the shadows unnoticed.
