Dark Void delayed until 2010

Capcom has delayed the release of sci-fi action romp Dark Void until early 2010 in an effort to avoid the Christmas rush.

The game was originally due for release in fall 2009, though it will instead be released in Capcom’s fourth financial quarter – essentially, this means you’ll see the game on store shelves by April next year at the very latest.

“The move will be great for the game and for gamers," said Capcom community boss, Chris Kramer. "Less competition in the market (curse you, Halo!), more time for polish."

Dark Void will be unleashed on PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360. PSU got some hands on time with the game earlier this year, so be sure to check out our impressions of the game here.
