Disgaea 3 trailer in English... somewhat

With the recent disappointing news out of the Square-Enix camp, the PlayStation 3 hopeful that are longing for an RPG won't have to wait much longer. Yes, Star Ocean may never touch the silky gloss of your PS3, but NIS America won't keep you down. With Disgaea 3 set to release this August, PS3 owners do have something to smile about.

The Disgaea franchise has given its followers hundreds of hours of playtime with countless amounts of customization. Disgaea 3 is shaping up to be all of that and more.     k ive never played one of these games and it looks intriguing i may have to look into this

    After the SO4 thing, we need all the JRPGs we can get, let the publishers see that their games will sell better on the PS3!

    @DJDarkViper, its not only a Tactics RPG, its THE Tactics RPG.  Disgaea is a great game and I am most definitly awaiting this.

     i love these games...does take forever and a day for me to even get to level 9999...the right way...lol!  i got as far as ( in Disgaea 2)level 3500 or so reincarnating like 15 or 20 time.  and i still don't have all those damn treasure maps for the land of carnage.

    This game looks crazy, though the trailer makes it looks like a joke, or something (OPINION).

    And also, the 2D sprite graphics isn't something I would expect for a PS3 game...

    I bet the first JRPG that comes out will sell a ton because there are like 2 on the system at the moment and only 1 is decent. Devs should have figured that out. (Square)

    disgaea is awesome for those who have never played. it can be ridiculously difficult tho. some fights are like puzzle, if you do it right you can beat them in one attack. it can really take time to get your character's levels up. the game is really funny- so i am very excited about this. specially the fact that finally we get a quality rpg.

    I bought a PS3 for next gen RPG and graphics. If I want to play games with graphics like ths. I'll play it on my PS2 or PS1. Sorry I was never a fan of Disgaea series. 360 get the next gen look for thier JRPG....... and PS3 get the shaft again. I'm glad I got a 360 now. My hope for PS3 is slowly dying.
