Killzone 2 to be playable at Eurogamer ExpoMuch delayed game epic, Duke Nukem Forever, is again being talked about by developers 3D Realms
This time, George Broussard, Producer and Director at 3D, claims that a new Teaser trailer, the first in six years, will be released at about 'noon CST' today. The trailer was supposedly cooked up by late night working code monkeys for 3Ds office Christmas party, and deemed good enough for public viewing.
The game has infamously been in development for 10 years, with game engine upgrades, script rewrites, and leaving staff attributed to the huge delays. 3D have taken a 'it will be done when it's done' stance on the game now, one that could also be said about Prey, another of their games that was in development for many years.
Prey did turn up in the end and was a pretty good game, so here's hoping that Duke Nukem Forever will blow peoples respective socks off sometime in the near future.

I dont care about this anymore. As far as I'm concerned if they're gonna be stupid about this and rely on the public to just keep a "keen interest" in their once A-grade franchise then they should think again. The Duke had some cool games - but its past and i dont really care about this anymore. I just wish people would stop bringing it up.

for gods sake! if it was like ps3 game i would wait 5 years b/c it can take 5 years to fully use the ps3 but for gods sake they went from 200MHz and now we are on 4GHz so are they changing every freaking year? going from dx5 to dx 10
The pacing of prey was horrible. I appreciated the game after I forced myself through the first parts but I hope and pray that DNF doesn't have anny of those issues. Honestly after such along time on the cooker this is one of the first games I am holding to high expectations. Normally that is not fair but I don't care. DNF better be one of the best games I have ever played in my life.
I want to see this game happen. That being said, I'll believe it's going to happen when I see a copy on store shelves.

OMG i loved this game when it was on the ps and N64 :) would give it a try once it coems out cause of the funny parts
duke was my first fps game i ever played and it was so much fun.

I saw the Trailer and all I can say is, WTF..... is that it after 6 years... that's all they have done. I was expecting more in game footage not Duke working out his guns after taking a gallon of steriods into his arms. From what I saw, thier is alot of bumb mapping on all the characters just like Gears of War. I hoped that with all the years they put into this game thye would show more you know. It's to early to tell though and you can't really say much about it but, I hope it does not turn out to be another run and gun FPS. I mean come on 10 years in the making, one would expect more, I know I I'm.

it was a crap trailer but honestly, it was the crap that made this game badass, i mean think about it, its all steretypicall bull$$hit, step away for a second and think of all the missions, all the phrases, and it makes u feel dirty that u completed such a game, thats what makes me want it, its freakin hardcore bullcrap! lol, and now i love the trailer hahahahaahahaha!!!
