EA Sports complex finally Home

EA Sports' stylish PlayStation Home complex is finally live, after its debut earlier this year.
The EA Sports complex (which is apparently too good to be called an 'EA Sports space') houses two mini-games: racing and the long-awaited Texas Hold 'Em poker.
The complex will evolve over time to include such features as a golf mini-game, leaderboards, poker bracelets and a rewards system. Concurrently, the complex will feature the latest EA Sports trailers for Home users to view as they peruse the space.
The EA Sports complex is currently available for North American and European Home users, with support for other territories coming soon.

I'll have to pass on this.
I don't like EA or home that much.
Hopefully someday they can change my mind. -

i am a poker fan and they nailed it on the poker the racing to me is a litle goofy i was expecting like a sooped up go cart look and it went colecovision pole position on me with annoyiong walls as for the golf driving range that is potentionaly promising as a whole its a fun space now if we could have tournaments for poker braceletts that would rock. oh yea and the free shirts are cool you get from playing both the mini games

It's a nice start, it shows promis and a desire to expand into their other signature sports, but they really need to optimize the thing the frame rate really chugs and for some reason everything needs to load in when you get there like none of the videos or billboards are ever stored on your system. Also haveing to download a new space to go to the second floor feels sloppy.

It would seem that the EA space has a lot more stuff on the way, but rather disappointed in the current effort.
Why has it taken so long to give us a couple of poker tables and a really bad racing game???
Typical EA, milk the marketing and roll out poor customer satisfaction.

The poker game is a slight improvment over the Godfather 2 space, You can actually type and tell people to "shut up" when they constantly tell you to go "all in" just because they want someone to lose so they can play. Also a nice adition is the scoreboard so you can see how much each person at the table has rather than hoping that they arnt all just frozen there doing nothing but twiddling in their seats.
