Electronic Arts’ forthcoming Command and Conquer: Tiberium has been pushed back until fiscal 2010, the company announced yesterday at its first quarter earnings conference call.
As a result of the decision, the C&C-based FPS will not arrive until some time after April 2009 at the very earliest. No reason was given to the delay, with the title previously scheduled to arrive later this year.
Command and Conquer: Tiberium is a tactical FPS set during the year 2058, with players assuming control of GDI Battle Commander, Ricardo Vega. The game has been in production for two years and will take advantage of Epic’s highly regarded Unreal Engine 3.
Stay tuned for more developments as they break.

Screw EA they screwed us plenty of times already. No one should buy EA's products until they get their act's together. Canceled C&C Red Alert 3 for PS3 owners but everyone else gets it.
