Online retail giant Amazon and developer Bethesda Softworks have announced a special Survival Edition of the upcoming post-apocalyptic RPG, Fallout 3.

Available to pre-order exclusively through Amazon’s website, the Survival Edition includes a meticulously crafted life-size replica of the Pip-Boy 3000 device from the game, as well as all items included in the previously announced Collector’s Edition, as detailed below.

-Copy of the game;
-Customized, metal Vault-Tec lunch box;
-5" Vault Boy Bobblehead;
-'The Art of * Fallout 3' hardcover book; and
-'The Making of * Fallout 3' DVD

Bethesda President Vlatko Andonov commented: "We're thrilled to be working with Amazon.com on this exclusive edition," adding, "The Survival Edition offers gamers the unique opportunity to own a piece of video game history along with a collection of limited edition items - it's the definitive Fallout 3 package."

Fallout 3 is scheduled for release later this year on PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360.
